Privacy Policy.

This website belongs to Lucia Cesaroni, soprano, emcee and columnist. It is built and managed by VRN Creative (vrncreative.com), which handles privacy requests on her behalf.

We only collect what you choose to send through the booking form:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your organization, if you give one
• The type of inquiry, your event date if you give one, and your message

We don't ask for payment details, and we don't build profiles of visitors.

We use your details to reply to your inquiry and to arrange the performance, event or interview you asked about. We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

The site and its booking form run on Wix. Form submissions are stored in the site's Wix account and protected by Wix's security measures. Wix may process the data on servers outside Canada. Read Wix's privacy policy for details.

The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. To send the booking form, your browser stores a short-lived visitor token in local storage. Fonts load from Google Fonts and images from Wix's media servers, which receive your IP address as part of any normal web request.

We keep booking inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any engagement that follows, then delete them.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it erased. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Email robby@vrncreative.com and we will respond within 30 days.

For questions about this policy, or to request that your data be erased, email robby@vrncreative.com.

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
